Shipping Policy – TCD Motorsports

Thank you for shopping with TCD Motorsports. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, supplier lead times, shipping, and delivery expectations.

1. Order Processing & Manufacturer Lead Times

Many of our products are sourced directly from manufacturers or built to order.

Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Manufacturer / Supplier Lead Times:
Depending on the product, additional time may be required for us to receive items from our suppliers:

  • In-stock items (at our facility): Ship within 1–3 business days
  • Supplier stock items: Typically 3–10 business days to arrive at our facility before shipping
  • Made-to-order / specialty parts: May take 2–6 weeks (or longer) depending on the manufacturer

Once we receive the product from the manufacturer, it will be shipped promptly.

Note: Lead times are estimates and may vary due to supplier availability, production delays, or demand.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated shipping times (after dispatch):

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping timeframes begin after the order has shipped, not at the time of purchase.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress.

4. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately:

  • Items may arrive at different times depending on supplier availability.
  • You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.

5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • Select international destinations (shown at checkout)

6. International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

7. Shipping Delays

TCD Motorsports is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Manufacturers or supplier backorders
  • Shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc.)
  • Weather or natural events
  • Customs clearance delays

We will communicate significant delays whenever possible.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery)
  • We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier

TCD Motorsports is not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details.

  • We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses
  • Returned shipments may require additional shipping fees

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to fast processing and supplier ordering:

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted to the manufacturer or shipped
  • Cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing the order

11. Returns & Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where:

  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The product is defective
