Return Policy

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Certain items (custom orders, electrical components, special-order parts) may be non-returnable.

Restocking Fee

• All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Process

• Return authorization is required prior to shipping items back.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

• Orders cancelled within 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been placed with the manufacturer.
• Orders affected by manufacturer delays or backorders may be exempt from cancellation fees at TCD Motorsports’ discretion.

Non-Cancellable Orders

• Custom, special-order, or manufacturer-direct items may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.
